Rules for your use of Spot.lite
Spot.lite was created to give you a safer place to communicate with your friends. Safety and respect for others is very important in Spot.lite. Here you can post videos, pictures, react to and comment on posts by friends and join groups for sharing with others who have the same interests.
Your shared video/pictures are only available to be seen by the friends you have accepted. But keep in mind that, if you share your images on groups, those pictures will be seen by ALL members in that group.
To use Spot.lite, you must promise:
• Never to post video or pictures of other people without their permission
• Never to post your personal information or the personal information of others, including phone number, email, home address or usernames from other social media sites with “direct call” possibilities
• Never to bully or harass others
• To be positive, supportive and kind to others in the Spot.lite community
Use of Spot.lite
These are the rules you must follow to use Spot.lite. If you break these rules, we will delete your video, picture or comment and we could temporarily block your account or delete your account entirely.
If you are a child, your parent/legal guardian must grant you the right to access and use Spot.lite. That is the law in the US. Some other countries also require parental permission for children and minors.
All information you provided to Spot.lite during your registration must be accurate and true.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. Do not post pictures that contain nudity or are violent. Be kind. Use positive language in your comments. Don’t start negative conversations that could hurt others.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure. Don’t let anyone else post in your name.
Contributions to Spot.lite
When you post a picture to Spot.lite, you understand that you are sharing it with the public. If you don't want many people to see it, don’t post the video or picture.
Never ever post videos, pictures or comments to Spot.lite that are hurtful, violent, or are racially offensive. A great rule is not to post anything your parents wouldn’t want you to post.
Don’t ever post pictures of other people without their permission or the permission of their parents.
When you post using the Groups public feature, it means that you are allowing everyone to access and use that information and to associate it with you.
Spot.lite respects the privacy of all our users and we will not share your personal information with anyone. So please do not share contact information, phone numbers, addresses, Snapchat/Messenger/Ask/Skype/Viber/WhatsApp or other social networks with “direct call” possibilities.
One final and most important rule: be safe and have fun!
